afluxe is an online fragrance brand. These Terms govern your use of our Site and any purchases you make from us.

## 5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Promotional codes, automatic discounts (including the 10% off when buying any 2 scents), and other offers are subject to specific terms which may be stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers
- Promotions are limited to one use per customer
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
- Promotional codes have no cash value
