# Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your afluxe scent. If something isn't right, here's how returns, refunds, and cancellations work.

## Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order **at any time before it ships** at no cost.

To cancel an unshipped order, contact us through our [Contact page](/pages/contact) with your order number. We'll process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but it may be eligible for return (see below).

## Returns

We accept returns within **30 days** of delivery for items that are:

- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- With seals intact (for fragrance bottles)

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened, used, or unsealed fragrance bottles are not eligible for return.

### Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.

## How to Request a Return or Refund

All return and refund requests are handled through our Contact page(/pages/contact). Please include:

1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you'd like to return
3. The reason for the return
4. Your shipping location (so we can estimate return shipping cost)

Our team will respond within **1–2 business days** with:

- Return approval confirmation
- The return shipping address
- An estimated return shipping cost based on your location

Please do not send items back before receiving our return approval — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

## Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**.

The refund will cover the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees (if any) and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within **7 days of delivery** through our [Contact page](/pages/contact). Please include photos of the issue and your order number.

In these cases, we cover all costs and will either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
