# Shipping Policy

## Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the **United States only**. We're working hard to expand to more countries — see below for how to be the first to know.

## Shipping Cost

**Free shipping on every order to the United States.** No minimums, no codes — it's just included.

## Processing Time

Orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

## Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes **3–7 business days**, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

## Order Tracking

When your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email. You can track your package using the link in that email.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out through our [Contact page](/pages/contact) and we'll look into it.

## Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We're not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.), we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.

## Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Look for a delivery notice
3. Contact your local carrier to confirm delivery

If you still can't locate your package, reach out through our [Contact page](/pages/contact) within **7 days of the delivery date** and we'll help.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within **7 days of delivery** with photos of the damage and your order number — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

## International Customers

We don't ship outside the United States yet — but we hear you, and we're working on it.

If you'd like us to ship to your country, we'd love to know. Reach out through our [Contact page](/pages/contact) or join our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand to your region. The more interest we get from a country, the faster we can prioritize it.
